We take the security of your payment and personal information seriously, and the information received will be kept confidential. Your information will never be given or sold to a third party.

We accept payment by the following methods: EFT, Visa or MasterCard, Instant EFT, Zapper, Mobicred, Currency.

On the Login page click on the link next to 'Forgot your password?' and enter the email address that your account was registered with and click 'Submit'. We will email you a link to this email address which you can click on to reset your password.

We have made every effort to display our product colours on our website accurately. However, please note that colours vary a bit due to the monitor they are viewed on.

Prices are based on current costs and therefore subject to change without notice.

By visiting our site, you agree that you will not copy, print, download or otherwise reproduce any part of our products by any means. You agree that neither us nor its owners shall be liable for any direct, consequential or incidental damages arising from any aspect of your order, including but not limited to products, printing or delivery. We do not warrant late deliveries due to shipping delays, manufacturer backorders, or colour variations. You agree to allow us to label the backside of note cards with our logo and website information.

Orders

Head to the checkout as usual, enter your gift card or discount code in the code box, found within the order summary box.

We are not able to apply a discount code to an order once the order is completed so please make sure you have applied the code prior to confirming your order at Checkout.

If you are having problems with your discount code please ensure it is still valid or has spelling mistakes.

At this point, we don't offer a gift-wrapping service.

Most orders are printed and shipped within 5 business days. Please allow an additional 2-7 days for shipping.

For Pre-Order items, please wait for our notification when items arrive with the expected date of delivery.

Occasionally we may be able to rush an order. Please contact us before placing your order and let us know what item(s) you're planning on ordering, when you need them by, and where they need to be shipped to. We'll let you know what rush options are available, if any.

You can cancel your order any time before it ships by warehouse or submit a Support Request. Please include your order number. 

If the parcel has been collected by a courier company, a delivery fee will be charged and deducted from refunds.

When a sale is on, you will clearly be informed about the end date of the sale.

If an item goes back to its original price after the sale ends, we will not be able to honour the price it was displayed as during the promotion, we are not able to amend the order manually. 

As much as we love to offer you great saving possibilities during sales, they unfortunately have to come to an end.

If a product goes out of stock, it will reflect as such on the website or will no longer be visible.

We do our best to prevent sales of products that are out of stock, but due to the digital nature of our business the opportunity exists for an item to go out of stock after an order is placed. If you have already ordered the product on the website when it goes out of stock, we’ll let you know. You will then have the option to be refunded for any amount already paid by you.

Yes, we accept requests for pre-order items.

A pre-order is an order you can make for an item that we usually keep in stock, but have run out of. Even if we currently don't have stock of the item you want, we can still get it for you! (With a little added wait.)

Under the "Pre-Order" button on some of our items, you will see an Expected Arrival Date.

We advise that you place orders for in stock and pre-order items separately, so that the in stock items you've purchased can reach you faster.

However, if you don't mind the wait, we will reserve all the stock for you and ship them all together when your pre-ordered items are ready.

If you place an order for multiple pre-order items, we will ship the order when all your items are ready.

Delivery & Returns

Yes, we operate countrywide and deliver anywhere in South Africa.

We offer free delivery for orders over R500 in main centres and R800 in regional areas. (Excluding high-surcharge areas).

A standard fee of R100 will be charged to orders under R500 for main centres, or R200 will be charged to orders under R800 for regional areas.

You can return or exchange your order within 7 days of the date of delivery. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item to us. Then you can choose something else from the shop or we will offer you a refund once we have received the item unopened and in saleable condition.

You can request a return by logging into our return center, find the product you wish to exchange or return and complete the request form, once you have made the request we will arrange collection or replacement.

We usually process refunds within 2 business days.

However, another few business days might be necessary for the refund to appear on your account or your bank statement.

If, after several days, the refund is still not processed by your payment authority, you can contact us or your card bank which will be more adequate to work with you to resolve the issue.
